We often find it helpful to “coach” our patients on certain activities they should avoid or do differently to avoid aggravating their particular health challenge. Our goal is to help every patient achieve a fulfilling and happy lifestyle full of the activities they enjoy most. We recognize that each our patient is a whole person, and help them reach true health and wellness is a collaborate effort between our professionals and our patients.
One of the most common lifestyle advice we gave our patients is proper posture at work, at home and even when our body is at rest. Proper posture reduces stress in our body. We also welcome family especially with little kids. Parents are constantly bending over to pick up their children and toys from the ground, which may put a lot of stress on their lower backs. During our session, we will show you how to do all these safely and effectively without hurting yourself.
